What is EvalTick Interview Development?
EvalTick is a self-directed competency-development platform designed for law-enforcement applicants. It helps you develop credible interview responses using your own experiences, receive structured evaluation and coaching feedback, and track your progress over time.
Does EvalTick write my interview answers?
No. EvalTick helps you identify, structure and strengthen examples from your own experiences. It coaches you to demonstrate your competencies more effectively without writing or inventing answers for you.
How does EvalTick evaluate my responses?
EvalTick evaluates your responses against proprietary Behaviourally Anchored Rating Scales (BARS), using ten predefined assessment dimensions for each competency. Developed, tested and internally validated by experienced law-enforcement recruitment specialists, these rubrics provide structured scores and targeted developmental feedback.
Are the interview competencies tailored to the law-enforcement agency I'm applying to?
Yes. EvalTick can load competency packages relevant to your chosen law-enforcement agency, allowing you to focus your preparation on the competencies associated with its recruitment process. Evaluations use EvalTick’s proprietary rubrics, not an agency’s official scoring system.

Does EvalTick use artificial intelligence?
EvalTick uses AI to support the interview interaction and delivery of feedback. However, all evaluation and coaching are strictly governed by EvalTick’s proprietary competency rubrics and ten predefined assessment dimensions. The system cannot evaluate outside these established criteria.
