Privacy Policy

Evaltick Technologies Inc.
Last updated: October 7, 2026

1. About this policy

Evaltick Technologies Inc. (“Evaltick”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a British Columbia company. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information through our website at evaltick.com or evaltick.ca (the “Website”) and through the Evaltick evaluation platform and related services (the “Services”).
If you have questions or concerns about this policy, please contact our Privacy Officer using the details in section 17

2. What Evaltick does

Evaltick provides early-stage applicant evaluation for law-enforcement and other high-trust organizations (“Agencies”). An evaluation can
include:
• confirmation of agency-required prerequisites and supporting documentation;
• a Readiness Assessment;
• a High-Trust Suitability (HTS) assessment; and
• a Competency Assessment based on structured interview questions.
A trained Evaltick assessor reviews each evaluation. The Agency receives a report. Evaltick does not make hiring decisions. Each Agency makes its own decisions using its own policies, standards and judgment.

3. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to:
• visitors to our Website;
• representatives of Agencies and other business contacts;
• applicants who complete an Evaltick evaluation at the request of an Agency (“Applicants”); and
• individuals who buy or use Evaltick directly, without an Agency (“Direct Users”) – delete if not applicable.

4. Our role

4.1 When an Agency uses Evaltick
When you complete an evaluation at the request of an Agency, we collect and use your personal information on behalf of that Agency, under our agreement with it and its instructions. The Agency remains responsible for your personal information and for meeting its own privacy obligations, including any that apply to it as a public body.
Agency evaluations use a key-coded process:
• the Agency gives you an evaluation link and a unique alphanumeric code;
• you complete the evaluation under that code;
• Evaltick assessors review your responses identified by the code, not by your name; and
• the completed report is returned to the Agency, tagged with the code, so the Agency can match it to you.
Evaltick does not hold your name or other direct identifiers for Agency evaluations. If you have questions about how an Agency handles your personal information, please contact that Agency directly or read its privacy policy.

4.2 When you use Evaltick directly
If you buy or use Evaltick directly (not through an agency code), Evaltick is responsible for your personal information as described in this policy

6. How we use personal information

We use personal information to:
• deliver evaluations, including assessor review and the agency report;
• communicate with Agencies and Direct Users about the Services;
• provide customer support and administration;

• improve our rubrics, scoring and Services using de-identified & aggregated information;
• meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
We use de-identified Applicant information only for the purposes the Agency has engaged us for, and as described in this policy

7. Use of technology and artificial intelligence

Evaltick is human-led and technology-enabled. Technology, including Microsoft Azure AI models, hosted by Microsoft. The model finds evidence, matches it to anchors, writes a rationale and proposes a score. It has no internet access, does not receive the name, and Microsoft does not train on the data. This AI is an interface that supports consistent evaluation against predefined rubrics.

A trained Evaltick assessor reviews every evaluation and records the rationale for ratings. No hiring decision is made by technology or by Evaltick. The Agency decides whether an Applicant progresses.

Applicants are told in the Disclaimer before they start that technology supports the evaluation

8. Consent

We ask Applicants and Direct Users for consent before they begin an evaluation. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing our Privacy Officer at hello@evaltick.com.

If you completed an evaluation for an Agency, you should ask the agency to withdraw Evaltick consent on your behalf using the agency code.

By contacting us directly, you will compromise the anonymity provided to you by the use of the agency code.
